Mr J Odekeye v Berks Healthcare Ltd: 3331878/2018
JUDGMENT
Made under rule 37 of Schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013[1]The claim is dismissed.REASONS
[1]On 8 September 2020 the Tribunal wrote to the Claimant to inform him that an Employment Judge was considering striking out the claim because he had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 4 October 2019 and the claim has not been actively pursued.[2]The Claimant was given until 22 September 2020 days to object to this proposal and give reasons in writing or request a hearing at which she could make them.[3]The Claimant has not responded to the Tribunal’s letter.[4]The claim is therefore dismissed because of non-compliance with the Order of the Tribunal dated 4 October 2019 and the claim has not been actively pursued. I confirm that this is my Judgment in the case of Mr J Odekeye v Berks Healthcare Limited case no. 3331878/2018 and that I have dated the Judgment and signed by electronic signature.
