JUDGMENT

Given that the Respondents are now in Administration, the Claimant has taken the reluctant decision to withdraw from the proceedings. The Claimant’s claims are therefore dismissed on withdrawal.

REASONS

[1]The Claimant was previously employed by the Respondents and felt she was treated unfairly.[2]The Claimant apparently brought claims for unfair dismissal and a claim under the Equality Act 2010 for the protected characteristic of disability.[3]Whilst the Claimant wanted lessons to be learned by the Respondents following the treatment she says she received at the Respondent’s hand, it Case Number: 3331649/2018 (A) was explained to her given the fact that the Respondents were now in Administration and the proceedings were originally stayed on 5 December 2018 and subsequently consent was granted by the Administrators PWC to continue with the proceedings on 29 May 2019, no one from the Respondents or the Administrators would attend any future hearings.[4]It was also extremely unlikely the Claimant would benefit financially given the fact that the Respondents were in Administration and that the Claimant would rank as an unsecured creditor.
