Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent failed to provide the claimant with itemised pay statements contrary to section 8 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[2]The claimant’s pay statements should have contained the following particulars: 3.a. Gross hourly rate - £8.50b. Hours per week- 48c. Gross weekly pay –£408d. Net weekly pay- £342.549e. No fixed deductions.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £446.25 gross.[4]The hearing listed on 6 February 2019 is cancelled.
