[1]The Respondent must pay to the claimant the total sum of £720.a. As requested in the ET3, the identity of the Respondent is amended to The Swan Pub Limited.b. The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £80.c. The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £320 net.d. The respondent failed to provide the claimant with a statement of particulars of employment, and is hereby awarded four weeks’ pay at £80 per week.e. The respondent failed to provide the claimant with written reasons for the termination of her employment; but as the claimant did not have two complete years of service this claim is dismissed. .
