JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent is in breach of contract in that it dismissed the claimant and failed to pay her notice pay.[2]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £224.84 net compensation for breach of contract.[3]The respondent failed to pay the claimant for her untaken accrued holiday upon termination of her employment.[4]The respondent shall therefore pay to the claimant the sum of £224.84 net (3 days unpaid accrued holiday.)[5]I declare that the respondent failed to provide the claimant with itemised pay statements for the months of January, February and March 2018.[6]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages in the sum of £472.08 net (6 days, each of 7 hours ‘overtime’ at the rate of £11.24 net per day) and shall pay her that sum.
