[1]The Claimant’s claims succeed.[2]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant: 2.1. In respect of his claim of unfair dismissal, £3,556.75; 2.2. In respect of his complaint of unlawful deduction from his wages, £303.75; 2.3. In respect of his claim for notice pay, (breach of contract) £1,164.16; 2.4. In respect of his complaint of the Respondent’s failure to provide him with written terms and conditions of employment, £1,350; 2.5. In respect of his complaint of the Respondent’s failure to provide him with written reasons for dismissal, £675, and 2.6. In respect of his complaint that the Respondent did not allow him to be accompanied by at a disciplinary meeting, £675.[3]For the avoidance of doubt, the total to be paid to the Claimant by the Respondent, without deduction, is £7,724.66.
