[1]The Claimant suffered an unauthorised deduction from wages and is awarded £802.10 (gross) in compensation. The Respondent is ordered to pay this sum to the Claimant no later than 21 days after the date this judgment is sent to the parties. The Respondent shall deduct the appropriate statutory deductions and pay these to HMRC.
