JUDGMENT
[1]The claim of failure to provide payslips is dismissed on withdrawal by claimant.[2]The claim of detriment for raising a protected disclosure is dismissed as having been received out of time and the tribunal therefore having no jurisdiction to determine it.[3]In the event the claim had not been struck out on that basis, the tribunal would have struck it out as disclosing no reasonable cause of action.[4]Further and in the alternative, had the claim not been struck out on that basis, the tribunal would have ordered a deposit to be paid the claim having little reasonable prospect of success.
