[1]The claimant’s claims of automatic unfair dismissal, victimisation relating to sex and disability, breach of contract, holiday pay and arrears of pay are declared to be well-founded.[2]The hearing on 4 March 2019 will be used to assess compensation. CASE MANAGEMENT ORDERS[1]The claimant must serve a schedule of loss, witness statement and documents in support on the respondent by 21 December 2018.[2]The claimant must prepare a bundle of these documents and bring two copies to the tribunal for use by the tribunal on the day of the hearing.
