JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant was employed by the Respondent between 1 September 2016 and 31 October 2017 as the Office Director.[2]The employment came to an end when the parent company, Somhi Construcciones Y Obras S.L.U., of Barcelona, chose to close the UK subsidiary following the failure of the Banco Popular which had been funding the business.[3]As at 31 October 2017 the Respondent owed the claimant the following unpaid wages and holiday pay: August 2017 £3,319.01 net September 2017 £3,319.01 net October 2017 £3,319.01 net Accrued but untaken holiday £2,765.84 Case Number: 3331054/2018[4]The total the Respondent must pay the Claimant is £12,722.87, to be paid immediately.
