[1]By a letter dated 16 June 2019 the Tribunal gave the claimants an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claims should not be struck out because the claimants had not complied with the Orders of the Tribunal dated 25 January 2019. the claims have not been actively pursued.[2]The claimants have failed to make representations in writing, or have failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claims are therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 12-14 August 2019 will not take place.
