JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claims of unauthorised deductions from earnings are wellfounded in the sum of £16,464.47.[2]The respondent is further liable to the claimant for failing to issue written terms and conditions of employment, for which the respondent must pay 4 weeks’ pay in the sum of £1,500.[3]The total the respondent must pay the claimant is £17,964 within 7 days.[4]The hearing on 8 November 2018 is vacated. FURTHER JUDGMENT[1]The claimant’s claims for holiday pay and notice pay are well-founded.[2]The respondent must pay the claimant £2,100 holiday pay (5.6 weeks x £375).[3]The respondent must pay the claimant £375 notice pay. All amounts must be paid within 14 days.[5]These sums are in addition to those ordered in the Judgment sent to the parties on 6 November 2018.
