JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant was unfairly dismissed.[2]The Respondents were in breach of contract.[3]The Claimant is entitled to twelve days accrued holiday pay untaken at the time of his dismissal.[4]The Respondents are ordered to pay compensation to the Claimant consisting of the following:-a. Basic award of £375.00;b. Two weeks’ notice pay of £750.00;c. Loss of statutory right of £500.00;d. Twelve days holiday pay accrued but untaken and unpaid, £900.00[5]The Respondents are therefore ordered to pay to the Claimant the total sum of £2,525.00
