JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant is claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment in the sum of £8382(16.5 weeks @ £508).[2]The claimant’s claim for damages for breach of contract (notice pay) succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £2219.53(11 weeks @ £411.23per week less £2304).[3]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £2250. This is the gross amount. If the respondent pays the tax and national insurance due to HMRC, payment of the net amount will meet the judgment debt.[4]The respondent failed to pay the claimant in lieu of entitlement to annual leave. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £796.50.
