JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was employed by the second respondent, Shuzen Zhu. The claimant’s claims against the first respondent, Ya Wang, are dismissed.[2]The second respondent unfairly dismissed the claimant. No award of compensation is made for that unfair dismissal.[3]The second respondent dismissed the claimant in breach of her contract of employment (wrongful dismissal). The second respondent must pay to the claimant £1,068.60 as compensation, comprising £356.20 in respect of her notice pay and £712.40 as an increase to that award under s38 of the Employment Act 2002.[4]The claimant’s claims of sex and pregnancy or maternity discrimination (and/or victimisation) are dismissed.
