JUDGMENT
[1]Following the issue of the Unless Order dated 1 May 2019 (of which a further copy is attached), the Claimant has not replied or set out any particulars to support her claim or on whether or not the claim for authorised deductions from wages of around £28,000 in paragraph 5 of the claim should (also) be struck out as having no reasonable prospect of success and/or be made subject to a deposit order as having little reasonable prospect of success.[2]Such claim is now struck out for a clear failure to comply with a Tribunal Order and/or because it has no reasonable prospect of success.[3]All claims are now dismissed.
