JUDGMENT

The claimant having failed to attend the hearing to consider striking out her claims and ordering a deposit, after considering the claim form, we are satisfied that she has absented herself without good cause. All claims against the respondent arising out of case 3330823/2018, are dismissed. ORDERS[1]The respondent shall submit its application for costs incurred in defending the claims, together with a schedule of costs by not later 4pm 23 May 2019.[2]The claimant shall serve a statement setting her out means, namely her earnings, savings and any other assets of value, including the value of any property. She must also set out a list of her monthly expenses. This information must be sent to the respondent’s representatives, with a copy sent to the tribunal but not later than 4pm on 6 June 2019.[3]Subject to the views of the claimant, this Judge proposes to deal with the costs application on the papers without a hearing in public.
