[1]The claimant failed to attend a hearing in this matter on 23 November 2018.[2]By a letter dated 12 January 2019, the Tribunal gave the Claimant an opportunity to make representations by 19 January 2019 as to why the claim should not be struck out because:(a) it has not been actively pursued.(b) it was no longer possible to have a fair hearing of the claim[3]The Claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done.[4]The Hearing fixed for 18 and 19 July 2019 will not take place.
