[1]The respondent’s name be amended to include the limited company Winburn Limited.[2]The Tribunal makes declaration the claimant has suffered unlawful deduction of wages during the month of March 2018 and the respondents are ordered to pay £160 to the claimant.[3]The Claimant had accrued holiday at the termination of her employment which had been untaken, amounting to 6 days and the respondents are ordered to pay accrued holiday pay amounting to £205.14 3. The Respondents were in breach of contract and are ordered to pay damages of one week’s notice pay of £240.
