JUDGMENT

[1]Under section 23 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 the ordinary time limit for the Claimant’s claim of unlawful deductions from wages expired on 30 July 2014.[2]The Claimant failed to present his claim of within this time limit but it was not reasonably practicable for him to do so until September 2017.[3]Upon it becoming reasonably practicable for the Claimant to present his claim, he did not do so within such further period as was reasonable.[4]In these circumstances the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the claim and it is dismissed.
