[1]The correct name of the Respondent is Boxcom Synergy Limited and the title to the proceedings is amended accordingly.[2]By consent, the parties having agreed orally upon the terms of a Judgment, the Tribunal thinks fit to make the following Judgment.[3]The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the following sums in full and final settlement of the claim:3.1 No later than 15 September 2018 - £500;3.2 No later than 15 October 2018 - £500;3.3 No later than 15 November 2018 - £500;3.4 No later than 15 December 2018 - £300.
