JUDGMENT
[1]Having regard to s. 23, Employment Rights Act 1996, the Employment Tribunals do not have jurisdiction to consider the Claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages and that complaint is hereby dismissed.[2]The Claimant’s claim for breach of contract, brought by reference to the Employment Tribunals (Extension of Jurisdiction) Order 1994 was withdrawn by the Claimant on 20 July 2018, but is not dismissed, because the Claimant expressed at the time of withdrawal a wish to reserve the right to bring a further claim, and the Tribunal is satisfied that there would be legitimate reason for doing so.
