JUDGMENT
[1]There was a relevant transfer from the 1st to the 2nd respondent on 16 December 2017.[2]The claimant’s employment transferred from the 1st to the 2nd respondent on the 16 December 2017.[3]It is declared that there were unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages from 15 August 2017 to 3 January 2018 and the 2nd respondent is ordered to pay her the sum of £1,800 net.[4]It is ordered that the 2nd respondent pay the claimant the sum of £100 under section 24(2) Employment Rights Act 1996.[5]For the avoidance of any doubt the 2nd respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the total sum of £1,900.
