[1]The Respondent’s application to strike out the claims as having no reasonable prospects of success is refused.[2]The claims of sex discrimination by Mrs Hamoudi have little reasonable prospect of success and she is ordered to pay a deposit of £100 as a condition of continuing with that claim, by the 6 June 2018.[3]The claims of unfair dismissal of both Claimants have little reasonable prospect of success and both Claimants are ordered to each pay a deposit of £100 as a condition of continuing with that claim, by the 6 June 2018.
