JUDGMENT

[1]The Tribunal heard evidence on oath and read documents provided by the parties. The Tribunal determined as follows. Unauthorised Deduction from Wages – section 13 Employment Rights Act[2]The Claimant did not suffer any unauthorised deduction from wages. This claim fails and is dismissed.
