[1]Upon the respondents not entering a response to the claimant’s claims, judgment is entered.[2]The respondents are ordered to pay the total sum of £3,053.94, made up as follows:-2.1 Accrued holiday of 19 days for the holiday year 2016 to 2017 and 6 days 2017. Net £986.25.2.2 Unlawful deductions of wages in August, 6 days @ £360.00.2.3 Four weeks’ pay in lieu of notice, £1,107.69.2.4 A further £1,200.00 of unlawful deduction of wages in respect of the collection of bric-a-brac.[3]The respondents are given credit for payments received in the intervening period of £600.00.
