[1]The Claimant’s claim for unpaid notice pay, (breach of contract) succeeds; the Respondent shall pay the Claimant £6153.[2]The Claimant’s claim in respect of unauthorised deduction from his wages succeeds; the Respondent shall pay the Claimant £104.[3]The Claimant’s claim for unpaid holiday pay succeeds, the Respondent shall pay the Claimant £920.[4]For the avoidance of doubt, the total payable to the Claimant by the Respondent under the terms of this Judgment, is £7177.[5]For the avoidance of doubt, the above figures are calculated as gross figures, they are to be paid without deduction and are taxable in the hands of the Claimant.
