JUDGMENT
[1]It is declared that there have been unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and the respondent is ordered to pay him the sum of £582 gross for having worked 77.6 hours unpaid. The claimant shall account for any income tax and or national insurance deductions due of that sum.[2]The respondent shall pay the claimant his costs incurred in pursuing his claim before this tribunal in the sum of £350 Preparation Time Order.[3]For the avoidance of any doubt, the total sum to be paid by the respondent to the claimant is £932.
