JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim for unauthorised deduction from her wages contrary to s.13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay the agreed sum of £1,545.00 to the claimant within 14 days from the date of this order.[2]The claimant’s claim for unpaid accrued holiday pay contrary to the Working Time Regulations 1998 and s.13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay the sum of £320.63 to the claimant within 14 days from the date of this judgment.[3]The claimant’s claim for statutory sick pay is withdrawn as it is accepted that the employment tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear it.
