HAVING REGARD to the ET1, the ET3, the preliminary hearing summary of EJ Foxwell dated 11 April 2018, and the Judgment of EJ Sigsworth dated 9 July 2018, (which dismissed complaints 10.4—10.7 and 10.12):(1) Having regard to section 123, Equality Act 2010, the Employment Tribunals do not have jurisdiction to consider the Claimant’s complaints, numbered 10.1, 10.2, 10.3, 10.8, and 10.10 in respect of any respondent;

(2) The Claimant’s complaints numbered 10.9, 10.11 and 10.13 are not well- founded and are dismissed in respect of each respondent.
