JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal is dismissed due to the Claimant’s lack of length of continuous service.[2]The Claimant’s claim of a breach of the Data Protection Act is struck out as the tribunal lacks jurisdiction to consider such a claim.[3]The Claimant’s application to amend his claim to add a claim of defamation is refused as the tribunal has no jurisdiction to consider such a claim.[4]The Respondent’s application for an order requiring the Claimant to pay a deposit or deposits as a condition of continuing with his remaining claims is refused.[5]No decision is made in relation to the Claimant’s application to add a further Respondent. Following the Claimant’s compliance with an order that he provides further particulars of how the individual can be considered to have committed an act or acts of discriminatory treatment (that order having been set out in a separate document), the application will be considered further.
