[1]I cannot determine, at this stage that the claims, or parts of them, have no reasonable prospect of success or are out of time. The out of time issues will be determined at the final hearing.[2]I did determine today that the claimant’s allegations or arguments had little reasonable prospect of success and a separate order sets out the details of deposit orders with my reasons.[3]I make no order for costs with respect to the preliminary hearing in March 2018.[4]The hearing pencilled in for 4 to 12 February 2019 at Reading Employment Tribunal is postponed.
