JUDGMENT
[1]First Personnel Ltd is substituted as respondent for People Solutions Group Ltd.[2]By consent, the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant damages in the sum of £249.00 in respect of the claimant’s wrongful dismissal by the respondent.[3]The claimant’s other claims in respect of unlawful deductions of wages and breach of contract are not well-founded and are dismissed.[4]The respondent’s application for costs was refused as although the claimant had conducted himself unreasonably in relation to his claim, having taken into account his means, I exercised my discretion not to make an order for costs.
