[1]The Tribunal heard evidence on oath and read documents provided by the parties. Unauthorised Deduction from Wages – section 13 Employment Rights Act[2]After the Tribunal had announced the decision on the merits of the claim, the parties agreed the amount of the award.[3]Therefore, by consent, the Claimant is awarded £622.95 and the Respondent is ordered to pay this sum to the Claimant.
