EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 3328237/2019
Mr B MarklandClaimantKMI LogisticsRespondent
Employment Judge Gumbiti-ZimutoNot represented for claimantDate 15 February 2021

JUDGMENT

The claim is dismissed

REASONS

[1]The claimant did not attend the hearing and has not been in contact with the employment tribunal or the respondent since the claim was presented.[2]The respondent was represented by a Director, Mr Carlos Hopffer, he told me that the claimant has been paid all sums due to him from the respondent and that since payment was made the claimant has never challenged the amount paid or suggested that he was not paid correctly. There is no basis, in the respondent’s view, for this claim.[3]Having considered the information presented to me I decided to dismiss the claim. This was the second occasion on which the claimant has failed to attend for the hearing of this claim.
