CONSENT JUDGMENT By consent, it is the judgment of the Tribunal that:-[1]All claims advanced against the first respondent Buildbase Limited are dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant. The proceedings will now proceed against the respondent Grafton Merchanting GB Limited alone.[2]The claims relating to holiday pay and to arrears of pay and for other payments are dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant. For the avoidance of any doubt, the claims of unfair dismissal and of wrongful dismissal are not affected by this Judgment and will proceed to full hearing against the respondent Grafton Merchanting GB Limited alone. .
