[1]The following complaints are dismissed following a withdrawal by the claimant:(a) The complaint of breach of contract in respect of notice pay.(b) The complaint of unlawful deductions from pay concerning the recovery of an overpayment for May 2017.(c) The complaint of unlawful deductions from pay concerning reconciliation of hours worked and pay received.[2]The remaining complaint in respect of holiday pay will be heard on 23 May 2018 as previously notified.
