JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal is struck out pursuant to Rule 37 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure on grounds that the claim has no reasonable prospect of success because he has no reasonable prospect of succeeding in establishing that he has the two years’ service required to bring a claim for unfair dismissal.[2]The balance of the claimant’s claims are permitted to proceed insofar as those claims fall within the amendments to his particulars of claim granted on 2 January 2019.[3]The claimant is not required to pay any deposit order. ______09/01/19
