JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s claims of unlawful deductions from wages contrary to section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 were not well-founded and are dismissed, those claims having been satisfied before this hearing;

[2]The claimant’s claim for discrimination because of religion or belief contrary to sections 13 and 39 of the Equality Act 2010 is struck out under Rule 37(1)(a) on the ground it has no reasonable prospect of success;

[3]The respondent’s application for a costs order under Rule 75 is dismissed.
