[1]The claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction from wages claim succeeds. The respondent to pay the claimant £323.69 plus £20.00 of travel expenses incurred in connection with the unlawful deduction.[2]The claimant’s claim for failure to provide a section 1 statement succeeds. The respondent to pay the claimant £132.00 being two weeks’ pay.[3]The claimant’s claim for notice pay fails as the claimant has not been continuously employed for one month or more in accordance with section 86 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[4]The claimant’s claim for holiday pay under the Working Time Regulations 1998 succeeds in the agreed sum of £30.00. The respondent to pay to the claimant the sum of £30.00 in respect of holiday pay.[5]The respondent is to pay the claimant the total sum of £505.69 in respect of the sums due for 1-4 above.
