[1]The judgment of the Tribunal as to remedy is that the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant forthwith the sum of £10,811.97 in compensation for disability discrimination calculated as follows: 1.1. For financial losses: £844.20 plus interest of £98.62 = £942.82 1.2. For injury to feelings: £8,000 plus interest of £1,869.15 = £9,869.15 1.3.
