The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant outstanding wages up to and including 23 November 2017 in the total sum of £10,953.72.[3]The claim for holiday pay succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £1,042.75 holiday pay.[4]The claim for notice pay fails and is dismissed. The claimant gave no notice to the respondent, but took up new employment on 24 November 2017.
