JUDGMENT

[1]The claims against Noshes and Mrs Bernholt are dismissed, the claimant’s employer being Reasongrant Limited.[2]Reasongrant Limited is substituted as the respondent. ORDERS Made pursuant to the Employment Tribunal Rules 2013[3]The claimant’s claim is to be served on Reasongrant Limited.[4]The case will be re-listed for 3 hours on 9 July 2018 commencing at 10.00am.[5]The claimant is to provide further information by way of a statement to be sent to the respondent and the tribunal on or before 23 April 2018 setting out details of her claim including hours of work, pay, holiday taken, facts leading up to her dismissal, her earnings since her dismissal and attempts made to find work.[6]The claimant is to provide to the respondent and bring to the Tribunal on 9 July 2018 copies of her payslips relating to work done since her dismissal.
