JUDGMENT
[1]It is declared that the claimant was made redundant and is entitled to 12 weeks’ redundancy pay in the sum of £5,400.[2]It is declared that there had been unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages as he was not paid during his period of suspension and the respondent is ordered to pay him the sum of £3,392 net.[3]The claimant’s wrongful dismissal or breach of contract claim in respect of unpaid notice has been proved and the respondent is ordered to pay him the sum of £3,000 net.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £50 expenses incurred in pursuing his unauthorised deductions from wages claim under s.24(2) Employment Rights Act 1996.[5]BY CONSENT the parties agreed that the total sum of £11,842 shall be paid by the respondent to the claimant in instalments directly into the claimant’s bank account in the sum of £500 payable on the twenty-fourth day of each month, the last payment being £342.
