JUDGMENT
Pursuant to a full merits hearing held by Cloud Video Platform (CVP):[1]The claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction of wages for a days’ pay on 9 August 2019 succeeds and I make a declaration to that effect. In this respect the claimant is award the sum of £184.66.[2]The claimant’s claim for notice pay succeeds and in this respect he is awarded the sum of £369.23.[3]The claimant’s claim for pay in lieu of accrued untaken holiday at termination under the Working Time Regulations 1998 succeeds and in this respect he is awarded the sum £1,107.69. Case Number: 3327680/2019 (V)[4]Under s.38 of the Employment Act 2002 the claimant is awarded 4 weeks pay in the sum of £2,152.00. TOTAL: £3,813.58
