The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 5 July 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing and has failed to ask for a hearing. There was also no reply to the letter of 20 May 2022, which reminded the Claimant about the Tribunal orders dated 19 December 2017 and warned of possible strike out. The claim is therefore struck out.
