REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 8 March 2018 the Tribunal gave the Claimant an opportunity to give reasons why the claim should not be struck out because he has failed to comply with the Tribunal’s orders as described in the Respondent’s e-mail dated 14 February 2018 (copied to the Claimant).[2]The Claimant has failed to give reasons why the orders have not been complied with or reasons why the claim should not be struck out, or to request a hearing.[3]The claim is therefore struck out.[4]The hearing listed for 12 June 2018 is cancelled.
