They are inappropriate duplications of case numbers 3327361/2017 and 3327362/2017 respectively.[2]The claimants and each of them were:-2.1 Unfairly dismissed.2.2 Dismissed for redundancy.2.3 Dismissed in breach of contract.2.4 Suffered unlawful deductions from wages.[3]There be judgment for the claimants in the following sums:-3.1 Case No 3327361/2017, Ms S Horner - £3,708.65 as follows:-3.1.1 £1,715.49 being a statutory redundancy payment.3.1.2 £1,143.66 for breach of contract.3.1.3 £849.50 for unlawful deductions from wages. Giving a total judgment sum of £3,708.65. Case Numbers: 3327361/2017 3327362/2017 3327337/2017 3327338/20173.2 Case No 3327362/2017, Miss R Simm - £5,261.48 as follows3.2.1 £2,076.90 being a statutory redundancy payment.3.2.2 £1,384.60 for breach of contract.3.2.3 £1,799.98 for unlawful deductions from wages. Giving a total judgment sum of £5,261.48.[4]In respect of each claimant, on the claimant’s application, the question of remedy for unfair dismissal is stayed until further application by the claimant. If no such further application is made by 30 June 2018 the claims will stand as dismissed without further order.[5]The hearing fixed for 2 January 2018 is vacated.
