JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the Claimant the net sum of £20.60.[2]The Claimant’s claim of being subjected to a detriment for making public interest disclosures contrary to section 47B of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is not wellfounded and is dismissed.[3]The Claimant’s claim of automatic unfair dismissal for making public interest disclosures contrary to section 103A of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is not well-founded and is dismissed.[4]The Claimant’s claims of harassment related to age and direct discrimination because of age are not well-founded and are dismissed.
