JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim for damages for breach of contract (notice pay) succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £256.80.[2]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £69.23.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £10 pursuant to section 24(2) Employment Rights Act 1996 to compensate the claimant for financial loss sustained by the claimant which is attributable to the respondent’s unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages.[4]The respondent failed to pay the claimant in lieu of entitlement to annual leave. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £103.85.
